Thank you for your knowledge!!! I have a problem, installed 16.4 roll of strip lights with a new dimmer, I cut the lights into 3 runs approximately 5, 5.5,6.0 feet with the same distance between the strip, new roll, new dimmer, used transformer , nothing else on the transformer, my problem is the first strip will not dim , the second and third will dim, any ideas?
First I'd check the connections. Usually, if there is something wrong with the connections, the strip would just not turn on, but still. Have you cut the strip on the copper marks? Sometimes there is cirquits that need to be there and if you cut in the wrong place, there is trouble.
